The Ruby-throated Hummingbird...

made his appearance on the weekend, there is a female, and also another male, coming pretty regular.
I think they have a nest in my one lilac bush, have went there for the last few years...anyway.. always love to see them..
 Notice the tongue in this pic...

tomorrow is the Female's turn...

    Oh my goodness. I am in love with these shots. I just put out a feeder and saw my first hummingbird today. ---So exciting. Your bird captures are fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
