Although the ice is still on the lake..

the gulls and pigeons can't wait for spring, for the 'walkers' to start feeding them. Gilles lake is a
popular spot in the nicer weather, it is a small lake and has a walking trail around it, about 2 km. round.
There are plenty of gulls, pigeons and ducks in the warmer weather, and are well fed by people dropping by and enjoying the scenic spot. It stll is quite frozen but won't be too long, before the ducks will return, have young ones and we can all enjoy watching them grow...but for now...

  1. Very Nice! Love those Gulls against the blue sky. Very striking photos.

  2. Nice shots Bonifer. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

  3. Thanks everyone, can't wait until the lake melts and there are many more of them around.
