Anyone Home??

A beaver dam behind the camp..have yet to see any beavers though, that would be a treat !!

Annual Classic Car Show in St. Catherines, On....

Just a few of my favorites...

Spiders and more...

These fellows were quite small and fast but I managed a few quick shots..

No idea what bug or beetle leaves these deposits on the trees, but they are everywhere, have tried googling it to no avail..it is just like soap suds..

This is a dragonfly's carcass on an artificial flower...

Moths on a Saturday morning...

Not sure of the name of these fellows..

this is the fellow above from a different angle.....
..

It's a Bugs Life...

A few Notable Sawyer's, have also been called, Spruce Bug, but actually I think the Spruce Bug is a little different, more black, but is related to this fellow, on the screen room... Look at the chompers on this one

Not sure if these are eggs or not around its neck, wasn't that noticable to my eye, (taken with the macro lens) until I seen the pic later, by this time it was gone, wish I had looked closer.
The other two don't have near as many... neat anyway...

Elk at Cedar Meadows..

It was a bright sunny morning, not perfect for photo-taking but it was an awesome opportunity.

Moose at Cedar Meadows Wildlife Park..

Taken first weekend in July, this year, a group of us took the tour, so I am on the 'inside' of the fence for a change, It was so nice to actually pet this fellow and feed him. He is quite comfortable around people and a gentle fellow.

Robin Redbreast in my yard...

While sitting outside today, enjoying the sunshine, this fellow flew in, cocked his head, listened for a worm, got it and away he went...
