    Mamabug, it sure does look like a mask, these fellows will swoop down and take food off the table or out of your hand as Ted mentioned, also called 'camp robber' because of it,

    Terrific shots of the Gray Jay. We don't have them here. Maybe over in the mountains, but not in my yard unfortunately.
