I was trying to judge how large that goose was. By looking at the flower it shows that it’s pretty big. I like the brown around the eye, looking like a “brown eye”. Very interesting – I had never seen this bird. The pic looks good enlarged.
He is sure different isn't he? I didn't even realize that he was there until we took this tour inside, Elaine, I am sure he isn't migratory to this area, but not sure if he is around all year or not, as it is a wildlife park, they may protect it through the winter, I will try and find out though as you have me curious now too...

In June/13 we moved from Northern Ontario to Goderich, On,the photo ops are endless,
we love this area, come along and follow my endless day trips with me..
