A Killdeer protecting her nest..

While in Owen Sound, we travelled over to a nearby town of Meaford, I will be posting quite a few pics from this picturesque town.
While down by a Georgian Bay Marina there, came across this Killdeer who must have had a nest nearby as she was giving me 'the old broken wing, follow me trick'....another first for me, haven't seen one of these before, so very happy to get pics too...
