Hummer with a Hitchhiker...

Set up my blind today, first time since before our holidays, I have 3 hummers coming so am trying to get a nice shot !! This one isn't ideal, the lighting isn't great today, but I didn't realize until I had it on my puter what I had actually got....Check out her beak..she has a green crawler on it !! love it !!

    I think you did a fantastic job to catch a hummer in flight--not an easy job at all. Very cute that he has a hitchhiker. I wonder how long that lasted.

    Must have picked him up at the last plant and since he couldn't fly, he got a free ride to the next one! I think this is a great capture! I've yet to get my first hummer.

    Hummingbirds are interesting creatures, aren't they? Bet that leaf crawler got it's tiny little insect butt kicked
